I really like this, the pixelling is clean, the animation is smooth and I love the way you made his brain bounce. 
There are only a couple of things I'd suggest changing with this, and to be honest they aren't that crucial but I'll list them anyway.
the first thing is the actual face and features of the Zombie. The eyeball that's hanging out on the right hand side of his face (I hope I got that right, sorry if it's something different) is really hard to make out, and it looks like a huge gap in the side of his face. Maybe you could reposition it so that it's easier to make out what it is? If not that's fine, it's just a suggestion. 
The second thing I noticed was his hands. While his body is bouncing away, his hands seem to be a bit stiff. Maybe if you could mess around with some other styles of bounce with those it could make them look a little less awkward, and I'm sure it'd make the whole emote fit together perfectly.
As I said there's not really that much I can see that needs improved with this, I think you've done a great job and good luck with the contest! Keep up the awesome work.
