Hi guys this is the first in my new series of emoticon contests! (inspired by ^SparklyDest's EMTC which is on hiatus this month)
The ECC stands for the Emote Character Challenge Based on the ECs that emoticonists often use on dA.

What differs this contest from others like #TheEMTC and #EmoticonOpus Is that the ECC will require you to use an EC (or emote character) and each month will not only come with a new theme, but 1 or more challenges as well.
